New war looking for th6+

I am trying to find members who love wars but also who are good 3 staring bases. I want members who are 3 star specialist and who are good at executing a strategy well. Aslo when war has started I would encourage you to confirm your attacks with me the leader or another co, this way wars will be more organized and clan mates will have less quarrel and we cooperate as one big family.

Now, moving on to how promotions are earned in this clan, elder is earn by donating while co is earned by being loyal, active and trustworthy. We will not tolerate cursing of one another so try to work with each. This is a family war clan but still maintain piece among each other.
