Level 9 clan looking for new players

We are a adults only clan, looking for non rushed base's starting at th8 and up. As of now, we are a 17 member clan, most of us have been warring together for over 2 years! We love to kid around and make fun of each other, but we try our best to win every war we can. Our track record proves it! 179 wins, 51 losses, and 5 draws. Most of us are located in the U.S. and we war 3 times a week! (last war of the week ends on Friday morning) Our big problem lately is too many of us are down for hero upgrades (which is a good thing) but bad in the aspect, that sometimes we are left with not enough people to put a war together.
