You may want to check out the greyjoy family. We are a polite, active, loyal group with opportunity to move up as you progress through the game.
You can check out Greyjoy_rising for TH 7/ lvl 4 archers (everyone there will have at least that or more)
You may be able to move up to greyjoy_rampage when you get your TH8/lvl 5 arcs and eventually Greyjoy_reborn.
