Air bombs to target healers

I'm sick of seeing queen walk. It is by far cheapest attack in the game that requires 0 skill and troop comp. If we are able to move bombs outside to defend it, this will add much more strategy to layouts.

I know this will not stop queen walks however it will make people have to think on the fly and use skill if there precious healers fall. Getting people to react on the fly and use there knowledge of the game to get by is what this game is all about. To my understanding this game was never intended to drop 5 troops and win every time.

Huh! Agreeable. Maybe it should only be the air trap that attacks healers, and i'd do 1.10x-1.20x more damage to them to help air defenses shred and clutch those medics a little more quicker ;).

To your understanding...have you tried QW? Making that queen go where you want is HARD. I gave up pretty quickly. QW is also an integral part of high level triples (or so I hear), so I don't think this will happen

This exactly XD

It's not 5 troops though, is it? It's an AQ (25 spaces), 4 healers (56 spaces), plus spells, plus funneling troops, plus main army.

At TH9 56 spaces is over 1/4 of your army. For that sort of investment in a prelude to the main attack you are entitled to expect results.

I am also a high lvl player, it's a cheap way to win. I see so many people who don't know how to use troops and still pick off 50%

Counting spaces. It's still dropping 5 single troops any moron can do it. Hint why i hate it. Seeing horrible people get 1 star with it is sad to watch.

There's a huge difference between 50% and 100%. Even with qw it's still difficult to get 3 stars against another th9. Also with your base try creating "harbors" this will make it hard for qw to get 50% by itself .

QW is quite easy to defend against, IMO. Not every base you make can equally defend against everything people throw at it.

Exactly....depending on layouts indented corners will lure the qw to a zone of high defense. a layout that will lead the queen into a zone where she will not be able to be healed fast enough.

If any moron can do it please show me a star from a QW without support troops or spells

And no, I won't accept you dropping to silver and sniping a TH.

Edit: I've just seen your other post where you were complaining about 50%, so ignore the no sniping comment and just get 50%.

1 stars are super easy. Why are you complaining about the easiest thing to do attacking wise?

So should gowipe be nerfed because you can easily get 50%?

QW does require skill, like others have said, it's not as simple minded as you make it out to be. For one, you need to know how the troop will react if certain things are present, if they are positive you proceed, if it turns out to be negative, you do whatever you can to make it positive, if you waste too much space for the main army, then like others said, you should get the results you wasted space for.

This thread gets reposted every week it seems.

In the future please just ask for healers to be removed from the game. That is what you actually want.

Queen Walks can be tough to defend against if you stack most of your defenses in the middle, and not enough around the perimeter, but I wouldn't say that Queen Walks are overpowered. I can't really say anything about the difficulty performing them as I haven't attempted too much of them.

You guys are missing the point of this, as stated this would not eliminate queen walk. However add more strategy to layouts to hurt it

Air bombs able to hit healers would be a great change for us

Maybe it's cheating on the defensive side, OP. As Johnnyfsullivan alluded to, base design matters.

Look, many of us hate queen walk. But the fact of the matter is, it costs more to properly queen walk and get around 70% than to barch and get 50%. Change your base layout like some people have suggested and see what happens. I don't want to see healers nerfed just because you don't want to change your base or be patient and wait til your defenses are maxed. I use healers in war and get 3 stars. If seekers kill them then that reduces just one more 3 star attack strategy. 2 pekka 3 healers 6 valks 10 hogs 7 wizards 2 archers 2 heal spells 2 rage spells 1 poison and any other dark spell and pretty much any good war troop reinforcement. If you funnel your troops right and your healers enter rage, 3 stars almost every time. Always attack town hall side or quickest way to townhall. Make sure healers focus on pekkas and keep them out of ad range early on. No on the healer nerf.

Queen walk is complicated bro, my queen dies (no matter if I have the healers or not) whenever a max xbow targets it. Its hard bro..

Level 5, I've seen it done at level 5, but it was pretty easy, I started at level 9, :)

Dear op i would like feedback on whether or not you are still having problems with qw

i am a heavy healer queen walker myself... hmm.. i actually think healer should trigger air bomb as well but not the dark seeking air mines. it is fair enough as it almost take all air bomb to wipe out a single healer. by the time healer trip all the air bomb, the base is basically already heavily crushed especially on healer bowler play. i think this is another proper balance approach apart of reducing healer range by like 0.5 to 1 tile. else healer gonna cap at level 4 for a long long time until something else release to keep the balance.
