Think how much they earn from us just spending 1/64 gems to correct there mistake they are creaming in the money of us again and not enough people complaining.
I tunes will sort it when they. Are refunding money to players and taking it of super cell that is when they will to listern to us.

All i ask is conplain to itunes and i bet this gets sorted

If that is really the case, that they have compensated to SOME this bug but not everyone, that opens a whole another can of worms...

It's gettin' deeper and deeper. Not only are they telling us that "they don't want to spend money on it", now their compensating a few people with gems. This is like a big black pit for them if that is the case.

No. We are not compensating anyone for this at this point. I don't know what this person is attempting to say, to be honest. We don't refund purchases or gems that have been spent to speed up build times.

We discussed this bug this morning. It would be a massive fix requiring nearly an entire update to address. We currently do not have an opportunity to get it done, but we hope to eventually.

I am confused by your post. People are going in to your account and canceling your upgrades and you requested a refund from support and received one? This would not happen. If you have used a third party gem site and your account has been ♥♥♥♥ed, you'll need to let support know and they can try and resolve this for you.

I believe he is saying that Supercell told him that everytime somebody visits your village in-game, the times for your builds increase. He also is claiming that he contacted Supercell support and they gave him 63 gems instead of 64 gems, gems which I believe he used to speed up a build that should have been done at that point.

It was a tough post to wade through, but I do not think he mentioned people ♥♥♥♥ing or 3rd party gem sites.

The level 6 Wizards and the flashy new defenses can wait. Please put the inflated builder bug as NUMBER ONE PRIORITY BEFORE ANYTHING ELSE. It is affecting everyone and we paid a good money for those builders to get jobs done, not finish stuff later and end up sleeping because we can't wake up at 3 AM to deal with this bug.....

Always nice to get some kind of official response, so thank you for that. You have to understand how frustrating it is to hear that this is acknowledged, talked about, but then determined to be too much work. The games' build/research times are already stretching on ridiculous for townhall 9 and above, but to have hours added on to every action makes it all the worse.

This is especially frustrating when there have been some pretty major glitches/bugs fixed by you all. e.g. single player loot refill, barrack elixir glitch, etc. It seems to us that the only bugs SC deems worthy of fixing are the bugs that cost them potential money.

This problem has been known and been supported by documented evidence since last October, I believe. Only speaking for myself, I believe this deserves an entire update to fix. We know it doesn't affect the big gemmers (since they never really wait for build times to be done anyway) so it seems those who don't gem everything are not important enough to please.

So why not just reduce the build times by 10 or 20 minutes a day until a full fix can be worked out ?

Yeah this is super freaking annoying. If you can't fix the bug directly, how about addressing the problem manually by doing quick maintenance breaks every day that reduces all builder times by 10 mins or so. It's not that hard...

Also, the problem seems to be not just when someone visits or raids your village but time seems to be also added whenever you close and reopen clash of clans....
