Reading this thread, my first reaction was: "no, I don't think I'll be using this."
But then I realized that - just this morning - I'd contemplated using diamonds to open up more slots in my smelter to deposit some ore and create some space in my barn. Maybe spending diamonds to remove the completed quota of an expansion material from our barns is not so philosophically different.
The only considerations holding me back are:
1/ I've expanded my barn/silo without trading and without spending diamonds on expansion. At this point, it brings me a little bit of game-pride that I've been able to accomplish that. :smirk: But maybe that "achievement :p" isn't really worth holding on to, and I could adjust.
2/ Opening up extra production slots with diamonds makes those extra slots available for perpetuity. Spending diamonds for expansions would be a one-time use each time.
