From what I know, it depends from where you get the bonus item.
If I am not mistaken, the items you usually get from feeding your animals or harvesting crops will stop dropping if your barn is full. On the contrary, you'll still get the items that come from red tool boxes and the town visitors even if your barn is full.
I don't know what happen to the items you receive from derby and mystery package though....
Maybe someone who knows can confirm and/or complete that?
I still receive all the bonus items when my barn is full😀

If your barn is full, you will/will not get the bonus items for the following activities... from experience
Pets - no
Collection from animal - no
harvesting crops - no
Red box/Mystery box - yes i think
Townies completion all orders bonus - YES
Derby prizes - YES

I always ensure I have at least 2 spaces free when wheating (which is all the time) as I receive nothing if it is full.Quote:
