The op stated that the beauty of global is diversity then asked for a country to be segregated ... That is the issue I am addressing - point number 6

Diversity as in a player can be from anywhere but speaks in English if their on that language server, unless you want people talking in various languages that they can't communicate with others as they can't understand or join in the chat, they cannot interact with them. So its best to give those a separate server of their own, be whatever language it is. Those who want English can select English and chat in English.
Ok, this is a different question now. Currently, right now, there are multiple language servers. Think of them like rooms. There if the French server, German, Chinese, Korean, Russian, and many other.
Every player can choose to chat in any of these servers. Let's say your second language is German and you want to practice German, you change your language to German and chat there. Let's say you want to learn Spanish, you can change to Spanish server. It is open to all.
So it is optional and user controlled. having multiple language rooms actually encourages communication and understanding as long as they are communicating in the same langugage and they are understanding each other. So a player who speaks German can switch to English server to speak English and vice versa. There is no segregation between the people of the world.
The global community have noticed that the Indonesian people are need of their own server where the Indonesian language is strictly spoken, as other languages have the same privilage.
The general consensus to this issue is that there should be a local chat for your region and a genuine English chat button. Someone who speaks English in a foreign non native country should not be punished for not living in a native English speaking country. They should have access to the larger English speaking pool no matter where they started their account.
Exactly. We are in agreement. And this exactly what we are suggesting. Now the German community has their own dedicated language server. When they want to speak German, they go to it. When they want to speak English, they go to English. if you do not speak German, but want to learn German, you can go to the German server. The same for Indonesian. That is all
Happy, sc does provide country based servers - but when they do they are "localized". Meaning that when they select English as a language - they can only chat with fellow players in their specific region that also speaks English.
For example, my friend in Malaysia, when he selected English, he was limited to only Malaysians that chose English and had to request for his account to be moved to a UK server that had a larger global pool.
So when you ask for a country to have its own server - you are asking for them to be removed from the larger pool even if they speak English.
You are talking about a different issue. You are referring to the idea that your country limits what you see even when you change the language. That is not what we are asking for. That is totally different issue. No one suggested or hinted otherwise.
what we are referring to is that the Indonesian people have the option to chat in a server where only Indonesian is spoken. But if they switch to English, they see everybody in that server as well.
Nothing wrong with your point of view, i agree with you. I think if everyone spoke English if they selected English we wouldn't have this issue, it's those who decide to talk non English in English, they are alienating those who simply don't understand that language, you can't communicate with them nor can they communicate with you. If one selects English, they would expect it to be in English, not full of non English who you can't even chat with.
I will concur with your opinion on that op.
The issue is, that until sc makes a true diverse global, all they do is shrink the community by localizing countries.
Giving them them a chat server of their own without allowing access to the greater chat is not a solution.
Again, I advocate a global and local option when in chat.
I think we may actually be arguing the same issue from a different vantage point.
