The Official Rogue Dragoons Recruitment page
1. Organization
Rogue Dragoons is not affiliated with any other feeder clans or part of any alliances that may exist. This may change in the future at the discretion of the Leader.
2. Leadership positions
Leadership is earned. Qualifications are simple.
- Donate troops and get in a league.
- Be active. This means play loud. Chat, Post wins/losses, Share your strategies.
- Recruit. This is the easiest way to get Elder. Being willing to recruit new members is a sure way to grow the clan.
3. Recruitment guidelines
We are interested in active, mature (maturity is related to behavior, not just age) players who are interested in taking home the spoils of war. We do not tolerate the following behavior.
- Excessive clan hopping/hopping without notification. You now have friends in this clan. Develop these friendships.
- Rude or malicious behavior. Keep the tone friendly.
- Spying in clan wars.
- Rushed bases. Getting to a high level base is most of the fun and worth the wait. Take the time to learn the tactics associated with your new level before climbing the town hall ladder.
- Advertising for free loot/giveaway sites for CoC rewards.
Your base is your application. If your base is rushed (e.g. TH 10 with non upgraded walls/defenses) you won't be allowed to hang with us. If your base is a little rushed you'll be given an opportunity to catch your defenses up.
4. War Involvement.
Wars require a minimum of 10 players, and go up in increments of 5. Many times a clan may have an off number of players available for war, but not all available players may have a slot. This is left to the discretion of the Leader or Co Leader doing the war search. So, if you are excluded in a war and your feelings are hurt, do the following:
1. Turn your war button green. If you can't find this you don't need to be in a war right now.
2. Donate troops and get in a league. The best way to get in war is to let leaders know you are active in the regular game (and therefore will be active in the war) and are raiding in the regular game. This gets you placed in a league. If you are inactive too long you run the risk of getting booted.
3. Get over your hurt feelings. There will be other wars. And if the clan is too small, and you want to be in war, recruit. You may get Elder.
If you get into a war with the clan your main objective is to not let your clan mates down. You can do this by the following:
1. Train your best (and I mean BEST) troops. If you go into a war with a barcher army and you have dragons available it will raise a few eyebrows. And get you on the short list to get booted.
2. Attack an opponent that you can beat. And beat means get one star. If you can get 3 stars, then go for it. Players on the bottom of the clan war (weakest bases) may do a mirror attack and then attack a higher level player to scout for traps and enemy clan castle troops.
3. Repeat step 1 and 2.
4. Getting more stars than our opponents means we get to keep all the loot we won in the war. And get bragging rights. We want both. Lets make it happen.
5. Donations
If you ask for troops without being specific, don't be shocked when you receive wall breakers or goblins.
Put your request for troops in the window before you hit "request" or anything will be given. An immediate post for specific troops after a vague request will be honored as a specific request.
If someone asks for a certain troop and you can't provide it then don't donate anything else unless you ask.
If someone says they're providing (training/cooking) troops for a request, let them supply the troops. Otherwise they will be wasting elixir (or worse, dark elixir) if you donate ahead of them.
Let the strongest clan mate in war donate to war clan castles. You will not be disappointed in what you get.
This list is subject to change as the clan grows/changes; subject to the Leader's whims. Deal with it.
