Today Pokemon Go is also available here in Germany. In my hometown there are new traffic lights on the ground, so people who are just staring on the screen of their phones can realise them as well. ;)

Reading this thread inspired me for a little quick cartoon:

Even if some of them show up in the farm, my animals will pursue their daily routine as usual, and so will I! ;)
Anyway, have fun if you go catch them! :)
Wouldn't it be fun if SC could design something like this for Hay Day? I can just see it now, a bunch of us walking around to collect cheese and honey for our farms. How about collecting townies?
BEMS on the Go -- NO THANKS!!
We are also seeing many totally screen-absorbed folks wandering around town. My girls have PokemonGo on their tablets so I have been letting them play while we are out running errands. I am quickly realizing that my formerly straight and efficient drive paths are becoming circular and inefficient, since we have PokeStops EVERYWHERE, even across the street from one another.
TRUE: Yesterday I was sitting on a bench at the Firewheel Town Center with the girls, who were bouncing between the fast-refreshing FTC clock tower and FTC plaza fountain PokeStops, piling up Virtual Stuff. There were about 45 other players in this area, scattered around on benches, in shady spots, etc, including parents and children. Not 15 feet from us, FACING us, a woman and her daughter were standing, glued to their screens as they also bounced between PokeStops. We were there 20 minutes before Miranda looked up and says HEY, FREYA! These 2 kids have been friends for 7 years, and neither one saw the other for 20 minutes because they were piling up PokeBalls, incense, razz berries, and eggs -- completely immersed in their screens and oblivious to the world around.
Hmmmmmm. We need to have a talk if they are going to continue to play. I expect my girls to interact with the world and the people in it. This game clearly needs limits.
I am also not loving that US national cemeteries and the US Holocaust Museum (among other inappropriate places) are PokeStops and PokeGyms, with no way to get themselves removed from the database. Presumably, other places dedicated to solemn respect and reflection will also be inhabited by Rattatas, Bulbasaurs, Squirtles, and Venipedes, and will see players visiting there focused only on the pixels.
Yuck.
I also saw my first "Pokemons and Pokemon Gym is for paying customers only" and "No Pokemon Gym parking" signs.
Wierd times.
Well.... we already have foxes and frogs.... and those happily flying little birds :) Maybe Hayday may give bonusses for 100 foxes in L-shape? :)
HeHe. I actually agree with you. It's really not my cup of tea nor my 16 old's. If it doesn't involve baseball or soccer, he isn't interested. I have to say, though, it would be a great and easy way to meet other Hay Dayers. I mean, there would be no problem distinguishing Pokemon players from Hay Dayers lol - if you didn't get hit by a train first.
Good luck and catch em all
i dont know why but its really addicting
maybe because its an augmented reality game
people like when real world and virtual joined as one
so i think whoever make a true vr game first no matter then theme/game will become a booming
with that we know why pokemon become really trend its have good fan base at start and with its augmented reality its become amazing
