People are going to say that's premature. But here's the thing - who cares? You can't go back a TH and fix everything, so just have fun with the game.
Your base looks strong and WB proofed. I'd upgrade the last 2 mortars, get all wiz towers up, do X-Bows, then every other defense.
my base is probably slightly farther on than yours but not by too much. I was definitely PM but now no longer consider myself PM. Thats because I rarely get raided for resources I normally always a get free shield and get raided properly maby once a week or more and thats with 3/4 million + of each resource. So IMHO if you can hold on to your gold your fine. Obviosuly I wished I got skulls walls before th9 but I can stillf arm pretty effectively so who cares.

Thanks for the replies guys when I went to th9.
4months ago i had lv3 mortars, lv2 wizard towers and lv4 archer towers and lv3 cannons and lv6 walls so i think that i did good with the loot penalty and everything
