Warmore: Level 11 War Clan looking for 3 star specialists TH8-9.5

We are a serious level 11 Fairplay war clan with nearly 250 wins.

Here at Warmore, we always strive for the triple in whatever way possible (as long as it's fair and legal). Outside of war, however, you'll find that we're pretty laid back. Most of us hail from the US of A, although there are many internationals among us as well (relatively fluent English is a must though, I don't like having to dig out Google Translate every 5 minutes XD). We are an adult only clan (although we do occasionally make exceptions for really mature 15-16 yros), so we look for mature, friendly, active and helpful players.
Recruitment requirements:
All applicants must be well-versed in reliable 3 star methods for their respective town halls (if you like GoWiPe, don't bother applying).
Town Hall 7: level 2 Dragons, level 4 Lightning Spell
Town Hall 8: level 4 Hog Riders, Barbarian King level 5
Town Hall 8.5: Barbarian King level 10, Archer Queen level 5, and level 5 Hog Riders
Town Hall 9: Barbarian King level 10, Archer Queen level 10 (BK 15 AQ 15 for defensively high-leveled TH9s), and preferably both GoHo and GoLaLoon abilities. MUST know how to surgical hogs or be willing to put in a lot of time to learn.
Town Hall 9.5: Hero levels 30+, must be able to 3 star max Town Hall 9s.
We are currently not accepting Town Hall 11s.
Also, note that upon joining, prospective recruits will need to have a short 5 minute interview, and friendly challenge a player of their own strength within the clan. If recruits meet requirements during the interview and prove through a friendly challenge that they understand war attacks, they will then be allowed a trial period of 3 wars to determine if they may stay.
To apply to enter the clan, just send a join request stating your timezone, age, and favorite attack strategy. We also greatly appreciate applicants who join with a war army ready to go for a friendly challenge (wink).
Rules:
We're not sticklers for specific donation ratios, we just ask that you pitch in once in awhile and don't get carried away requesting (so 1:900 is NOT an OK ratio). All requests are to be respected.
We use the messenger app Kik to call targets and communicate outside of clan chat. For tough wars, however, leaders will assign specific targets.
Most importantly, all members must be helpful and friendly to each other! Once you pass the trial period, you are one of us. We don't kick proven members for failed attacks, or even a rough war streak. As Fairplay clashers, we've all been there before! We just ask that you show up, give it your all, try to learn from mistakes, and always stay open to constructive criticism.
