Is anyone else noticing a pretty serious lag on the new peach trees especially on farms that have a bunch of them? I almost feel like my game is gonna freeze up. Kinda annoying. :(

This is definitely something that happens for me.
What do you mean by tree lag? the peach trees are not swaying smoothly? Or when you do anything with your peach trees the game freezes? Or your game lags overall?
I noticed there is some lag happened after the big update, but I think that is just because of more capacity and memory needed in general with new machines, items, plants, and NH trading feature. So the better device we have, the better game play, that's what I thought.
In the past I read somewhere in the forum about massive nectar bushes planted causes game lag also.
How many peach trees do you have?
I don't even have peach trees yet, but I get the skips anyway on farms with a lot of trees.
I have always gotten lag on farms with "lots of stuff". I never noticed a particular correlation beyond that, but it certainly seems plausible that some farm items have more expensive animations than others. Even when it's not lagging, HayDay seems to use enough CPU/GPU to be a battery hog.
I would also expect that more recent (i.e. powerful) hardware shows less lag than older hardware, so it's quite reasonable for two different people to have different experiences when visiting the same farm.
I have about 285 peach trees in a group whenever I scroll over the group of trees the game seems to have trouble keeping up and lags. If I scroll away from the trees then it speeds back up with no lag. So it's definitely the trees. Odd.
For me a definite lag on farms with huge quantities of dead honey bushes, I haven't noticed a lag on peach trees.
Come to think of it if the farm farm is full of dead bushes and trees of any sort then I notice a lag.
Who knows maybe my phone/tablet is just horrified at all the 'deadness'
I went on my farm with my girlfriends phone which is a newer phone with better specs and there still is a lag so it's definitely a Hay Day issue I think.
