If only I could get HayDay to load past updating screen, Maybe I could know where I stand. I've invested real money into this game and have not been able to access the game for over 8 hours. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times. Disgusted Supercell and HayDay! 😠

I´m going to send a message to the support team. Hope they can do something.
I´ve the same problem with the tasks. When I finished the fifth task I was doing, it appears on my list as done, but not in my score. Then, I could not to anything, so I had to discard a previous task. So, I have made five tasks as shown in the picture, but has only four in the list of derbi score.

I contacted support over 12 hours ago about this issue and no reply still. I posted on forum after I contacted support... You replied almost immediately and I haven't been compensated anything.... This is disheartening Nick !

I lost a boat task and reported it to Support with screen shots. They gave me 10 diamonds so I can at least do an extra task. Very considerate considering the odds things happening before the break. My derby stand was showing as boarded up! Very strange.

I also lost a boat task (just filled 4th boat) and to my shame I suffered a total meltdown. I am experiencing these frustrations more and more playing this game and I think it is time to re-evaluate my reasons for continuing. I am just so so fed-up with all the little glitches that irritate, and the big ones that I sometimes report only to receive a reply stating that my problem cannot happen - that I should be more careful. Playing solo I can brush it off but when in somebody else's hood, the feeling of letting down others is very depressing.☹️😠

Usually when Alfred brings a package like this it helps to close the game and reopen it.. It's happened to a few people in the past.. No package and once they have closed and reopened the game they see Alfred on his way to their house.. Worth a try.. It's happened to me, my neighbours got packages and I didn't and once I closed and reopened the game mine came too!

Well, I contacted the Tech Support yesterday and after about 9 1/2 hours waiting, this is the reply:

So the bottom line is: I did not get the diamonds because I was not on at the time of maintenance.

My understanding that every player gets diamonds if the maintenance also follows with 3 diamonds gift (not every maintenance). In the past some maintenance happened during my sleeping time and when I logged on the first time in the morning there was a maintenance package by the front porch and I was like "there was a maintenance?" and I found out later after I went to forum what the purpose was.

So now it is changed?
