Lost My Task During Maintenance

Take screen shots MaRome, hopefully you will be Facebook friends with someone in your hood, you can then send them the pic via messenger. That's what I have done, I too seem to be the only one affected in my hood, and I agree it is very frustrating.

I did receive 10 diamonds, it was nice to get them but it still doesn't compensate my hood for being a task down

Maybe you could use those 10 diamonds to do an additional task.. I know it doesn't help if you were planning on doing the additional task anyway but at least it's better than nothing and you do get to replace the lost task.

I was luckily between tasks but when I logged back in, a few neighbours had lost their tasks as a result of maintenance :(

I don't even get those 3 diamonds Nick promised for this maintenance! Been waiting for the postman for hours! I wanted to post this to reply Nick's announcement, but that thread is closed already.

Odd.. I got mine and so did many others. Make sure you don't have a package already waiting by your house since you need to pick up the previous one before he can send you a new one.

Just to clarify - tasks were not lost due to the maintenance but due to an issue we had which resulted us having to have a maintenance.

No, I don't have any previous package to be picked up before that. An hour ago, one member in the hood wrote in chat she got the diamond package so I ran to the front porch to see but none.

I can't get on HayDay still.😨 Super frustrated. Guessing I lost my task also. Was over 3 hours ago. All I get is the connecting screen, then an updating screen. After that it says I lost my connection with server. 😠

end result was the same. Cause is irrelevant.

Before maintenance I was no longer in my hood. After maintenance, I had rejoined and all my completed tasks were there. i lost the production task I was working on, but was so glad to see my hoodmates and to know i can still finish derby. Thanks for the quick action Supercell
