this is confusing :P

Some comments worry me a bit, I plant field after field of corn, specifically looking for special items. I put a movie on and do this while watching. I also sell at base price. I hope this won't affect my farm negatively in anyway as I am most definitely not a bot. Planting corn fields and selling at base is for me a fun way to collect tools, and strangely enough it is relaxing too.

Haven't seen a bot yet. Don't follow a suspicious farm. Buy and sell as u normally would. Don't need to change the way u play. If u so happened to be one of the unlucky ones to get innocently banned, don't worry...start a thread and Nick will look into it. He's unbanned several innocent farms in the past so I don't see why he can't continue to do so. Playing scared is no way to play. Farm on.

Only concern I have is seeing wheat ads littering the DD. Other than that...no fear.

But you are not doing it via automation. That's the difference. Farm on, you're good. :)

This is excellent advice.

so many bots around these days. clue - chinese names with 2 characters, usually level 33, selling 10 wheat for 1 coin.

I have turned a ton of these in. They all have almost exactly the same farm layout.

If I'm short on saws and axes and have a couple of hours to spare I will wheat and sell the wheat for 1 coin or it clogs up in my small silo. I think most players do this from time to time. As Haystacker said...don't panic and enjoy your farming. Im sure the "Psychic Octopus" has many things he's looking for than just selling wheat for 1 coin or we would all be banned! Lol Bottom line....read the rules and make sure you stick to them :)
