It took me many months to win the tractor on the wheel of fortune, but I eventually did. A couple of weeks later, I won another one!
It still appears on my WoF, but I more often get a pile of wood, a birdhouse, or some daisies. The luck of the draw, of course!
The tractor is on the wof? Wow. I don't think I have ever seen it there. Just with the gift cards.
I have NEVER had the Tractor on the WOF, only with the Gift Cards.

Well, I now have over 25 million coins so, I did buy 2 a long time ago because I think those gold statues are hideous. But, for those who never have enough coin for machines, if you hold off expanding for about a month and sell all your expansion materials full price, you will be able to catch up and never be poor again. Before the days of hoods, most of my friends were selling theirs all day long and I got tired of a full barn, no coin and never getting what I needed to up my barn or silo. So, I lived with my 800-850 barn and 700-ish silo. I had more than enough room for ten of each product, 40-50 of each crop and just played. Coin mounted very fast and I never wanted for coin again after a few weeks. And, a couple other things, always be making products and growing crops. Connect to Facebook or game center and max friends to get lots of free RSS slots. Lastly, if you aren't buying diamonds, especially early on, use them on things which you can keep like slots on machines over speeding up to get cheese faster or derby extra tasks. Having good GC or Facebook friends is wonderful but be the sort of friend you like. I unfriend people who never help and have nothing useful in their RSS. I purposefully have good stuff in mine and note who else does too.
The tractor? For me, that always shows! I want the accordion!
About a year ago after many disappointments I decided that I would only ever buy 10 gift card presents. Today I decided to spend my hard earned 35 cards in the hope I might get a Tractor or some other fabulous gift. I got........a fern! Not 10 ferns, not 5 ferns, not even a duo of ferns. Nope, my hard earned cards got me uno fern. In 6 months time when I'm tempted again please will someone slap me. I thank you :)
