What's the thought process behind this? Why tweak it now after so many months? I find it interesting a simple maintenance break could tweak something that major and consequential. Why all of a sudden? Inquiring minds want to know. Thank u.
The thought behind this change was that we were discussing about the Champions league with the team, and decided to try some changes to it. If it backfires, we can always revert back. And with "backfires" I mean players hate it or think it makes it boring. These are things we can easily tweak/balance with maintenance "updates".Quote:

These are significant! The boat tweak will help farmers in all leagues, and the reduction in trashing for the CL will improve life there.
What is most interesting to me is that this level of improvement is possible in a maintenance break. I would like to see more of this type of thing between major updates. Look at the delighted surprise! Something like this maybe once a month would be fabulous.

more often than never again would be cool but maybe not as often as once a month. if every month rules are changed in the name of balance then it gets to the point of just grinding and passing time. why develop strategy if next month all the efforts are wasted. but maybe once every 3 months or so between updates. a tweak here or there kind of thing. that would allow change and newness without upsetting the gung ho leader boards too much.Quote:
