how to attract more people to my clan

i am facing a problem i want people to join my clan but no body joins . i am on th5 and on silver league . i have 10 accounts which are mine .its a new clan i just won a war . is it because i am on less level or something else. i have 13 members . please give me a tip . if you want to know more abbout my clan visit here

You will find it very difficult to recruit new players to your clan while being a lower TH level. For the most part players look for an experienced leader to help guide them but the ugly side to that is there are a ton of players that just want to take advantage of a clan that has all the perks and not have to work for it. It's not going to be easy to grow your clan but if you are focused on doing just that stay diligent and don't allow leeches to be a part of the process.

THANKS there are three people in my clan but they dont reply to my message and never donate should I kick them out or not

I personally would kick them if they are just requesting and never donating or helping others. Thats the whole point of being a part of a team. Just remember that some people aren't as active as others so if you do see them on and working towards becoming a better player I would keep them but talk to them about helping the clan grow by being more active.

I already did but nobody meets my requirements
I want a friendly clan I dont want to go in every war because sometime I want to collect elixer but they always put me in war
So I have to attack and I have to use elixer

Ok thanx they open thier account almost three or four days and one never gets online so what do you say should I kick them or keep them

War is a major focus for most players now. You might have to change up your own activity in order to afford the cost of going to war. I only raid a few times a week on my TH8 account but keep it in war constantly. You will just have to find that right balance for yourself, if you aren't balanced the clan you lead won't be either. If you are wanting to have a casual clan it will be much harder to have active players since you are attracting casuals.
