Supercell please help!!

I have recently started a farm on my ipad and everything was working fine but all of a sudden when I go to anyone RSS the stand shows the exclamation mark but when I enter the stand theres nothing there?

Any advice??

This is normal notification if the other farmer has not picked up the money from their sales yet.

Ive just used my friends farm to check again and even when there is stuff in the shop its still not showing:confused:

If there is nothing for sale and all the RSS owner has to do is pick up coins, no exclamation point shows on the buyer's end.

Can people see stuff you have for sale in your RSS? Find out.

If people can't see what you have for sale even though you know you do have stuff for sale in your RSS, you'll need to contact Support about this. They are the only ones who can assist.

To contact Support:

Tap on the cog wheel, tap on settings, then tap on help and support. Now tap on the magnifying glass. Type in 'contact'. A contact us form appears at the bottom of the page.

I swear I see this all the time -- right now my daughter has the exclamation point in her shop from my farm's view, and has nothing for sale. The ! is from 20 breads she sold me last night.

Could this shop notification be kinda visually glitchy, then?

I see it also on my helper farm. Tom will buy an item but it doesn't show as sold from my main farms view. When I tap on the item it doesn't change. But sometimes it's the reverse. Does that make sense? I can't collect the coins because it's still being shown as for sale but from the other view it's sold.

I've just check with my friends' farms and even with the last helpers tab, when everything is sold in their RSS but they didn't collect the money, the "!" mark doesn't show. If it shows, it may be a glitch, as you said.

I get the same, finally up to 15 mins later Tom or Greg turn up to actually buy it.
