I think it would be great if the lv 11 walls did a bit of damage to dragons, ballons (anything flying). Like the electricity would make a wall that they go through by getting hurt, it would only hurt them a bit not one hit a lv4 dragon that would be OP. it would be kind of worth it knowing the fact that a max level wall is the price of a max level th. just saying.
Any additional damage to aerial troops would be very bad.
Dragons/Balloons already have it much harder then golem/pekka/wizard due to lv 8 air defenses, seeking air mines and inferno towers. Don't make it even worse for them.
No to air. But maybe yes to melee troops... I mean... Melee troops should get 1/2 damages when attacking flaming/ elctric wall shouldn't they?

Level 10/11 walls should do some upwards damage to air units giving them a similar complication/impendiment to using ground troops. Every top player is using air attacks nowadays and ground attacks have become way more difficult (maybe even too difficult with teenage heros on high level bases)
Probably best only to let enclosed sections do damage or by length of segment. It would definately help bring air attacks inline with ground attacks but would require a major rebalance of the game play.
