Hello guys, my girlfriend and I really love the balloons and piņata. However, we both get movie tickets pretty much daily. We haven't even purchased diamonds before, and I'm afraid that if we buy these diamond packages with the birthday decorations, we will lose out on a lot more in the long run. Has this myth been proven false or should we avoid purchasing these special packages?

You WILL lose them. It's not worth it.
I guess the theory is that you bought them once, you'll buy them again, especially if you aren't given lots via movie tickets. It really annoys a lot of people though, so I'm not sure it's a theory that works.

There's been the odd person over the years sayng they dudnt lose them, but it wasn't anyone I 'knew' t the time, so I wasn't sure how trustworthy the comments were. On the other hand, hundreds of people have reported losing them.Quote:

Yeah, ive seen tons of threads talking about it, but never any kind of confirmation from the devs. My girlfriend is from Mexico and is in love with the piņata, so I really want to buy it for her (but she doesn't want to lose the tickets). Back when I first began farming, I got five movie tickets a day and I got a diamond for watching each trailer. That was a reliable 5 diamonds every day. The gifts for watching the trailers changed to one diamond for watching the first trailer and random other stuff, with maybe other diamonds mixed in. That was still reliably one diamond a day. When I complained here in the forums about the change from 5 diamonds, I discovered that I was lucky to get the tickets at all and that if I bought diamonds I would lose them.
So, knowing the "risk", I thought long and hard about my first diamond purchase. Yup, tickets were gone the next day and have never returned. That was 18 months ago. About 500 diamonds that I would have received for watching the trailers.
