Anyone else having trouble seeing flags on help tab? Help tab is not working right. I know things are flagged on someone's farm, but it isn't showing on my "needs help" tab. Also there is a delay in nh if you water a tree and another is flagged, that help request doesn't always show up. I just mention nh because that is the most obvious place to see if it's showing.
Besta ,my daughters farm is a proper pain in the you know what!! doesn't show as needing help,all other farms in my nh show me they need someone.
I have had that issue for so long now I can't even remember when it started. The ! only shows when you visit the farm via the friends tab, much like it does with followers. Mine is intermittent. Sometimes I think my tab works, sometimes it don't. Same with the help notice in chat, sometimes it will show for one hoodie that one of us needs help and not for another. I have enough common neighbors with one of my hoodies to also see that there often is a delay of several seconds for a friends flag to show for one of us assuming we both get to see it. Sorry if I'm missing your flags friends, it's only because I am not getting a notice.
Yes I agree it has been going on with seems like forever. It did seem to have been fixed? But not now. I noticed when I was scrolling thru my friends tab also that some were flagged there but not on needs help tab. Also I can never see my grandsons farm as being flagged. Even tho we are friends, maybe it has something to do with only being friends thru Facebook? He doesn't have game center. I have followed a few farms and they show up right away but there is a lag on my game enter friends. Even leaving the tab open (huge pain) it doesn't help.Quote:

I do note that sometimes, after doing what I can for all those in the Help tab, as I scroll through the Friends tab to find someone who has items to sell, I may see a friend who needs help, but wasn't in the Help tab when I was just there. I chalk it up to them just asking for help and that's why I didn't see it beforehand.
I can't see people's "!" when we are only Facebook friends. No problem with game center friends (via help tab)
It's a ridiculous situation. SC unable to find a permanent solution to it - Nick has admitted this.
I hate knowing I miss a lot of my friends requests for help, especially when they are so helpful themselves. :( Mine are all GC friends.
It did seem fixedish for a while there. I always notice it is worse right before and right after updates. I suspect it is Supercell working on the same servers behind the scenes on the game that causes a lot of the tab issues. But... I'm talking what I don't know there and will hush. What I do know is my tabs don't work right at random times. I don't have FB friends so at least in my case I don't think that has anything to do with it. It usually seems to straighten itself back out for the most part a couple of weeks post update so here's hoping that happens soon. As someone who's primary enjoyment of the game is helping my neighbors, it really puts a damper on things when I can't see they need help.
I have similar problems Besta, especially the one within the NH. There is a lag and sometimes the help does not show up. I try to have the help tab open but it is not always easy to do that. It is a ongoing problem.
Well good news and bad news. It was much better this morning. Now this evening right back like it was yesterday. Intermittent problems to say the least. Like Lea has said, it is usually around update time that it happens. Maybe SC has server issues. "Dirt in the servers". We haven't seen that oh so cute <��> phrase in a while.
I have had this problem for a while now. I always check my help tab to see who needs help when I open game. Quite often I see no one listed only to see a help request on the chat?????
Just a hint, but those that only "appear" when you get to their farm are often "glitches" and you'll find if you go back in a few minutes the same items will need watering again. Best is when this happens and the person goes on vacation...Quote:
