Quick question, what is this light trader name/title? & how does one get that name?
Seems to be tied to the new neighborhood trading feature, I notice when clicking on the bird house ones who have done some requesting/donating appear as 'light trader'.
I find it rather annoying to be honest, just clutters chat more with stuff I really don't need to see there.
This is copied from the support page :
Generosity Titles
Everybody wins with the trading system! Now, besides getting items faster and easier, you will earn weekly titles that reflect your activity.
Every Monday, donations and requests will be counted, and every member will be given a weekly title (more than one person can have the same title during a week). This title will stick for 7 days, and depending on your weeks activity, you will be assigned a new title the following Monday.
List of possible titles:
MOST GENEROUS
Donate 140 items, request 0 items
PHILANTHROPIST
Donate >70 but <140 items, request 0 items
SUPER TRADER
Donate 140 items, request >60 items
WELL ROUNDED
Donate 100 items AND request 100 items
TOP OF THE CROP
Request 210 items. No more, no less
LUCKY TRADER
Donate 88 items AND request 88 items
BY THE NUMBERS
Donate 123, request 45
RUN OF THE MILL
Donate + request >= 100 items
LIGHT TRADER
Donate + request < 100 items
While i think it's pretty cool idea to assign titles for us, I'd prefer the titles to be funnier.
Today is the first day we get to see people with titles and (unsurprisingly) it went wrong again just like the event.
My guess is everything went fine after the update... but then the event had a glitch and Nick did a short maintenance to fix it, and while doing so accidentally reset the statistic for the trading count, hence a bunch of light traders everywhere....
In order to get that name, you must donate/request a certain amount of items.
Indeed, I'm surprised about a quarter of my hoodmates have the title of Light Trader when they have asked for goods frequently since the new update.Quote:

In my NH, only the "light traders" are mentioned. The other player labels stay blank :unsure:.
Did you get label other than that in your NH ?
What about aspiring trader? I see few have been given that title.
