Birthday Deco - Unconventional Way

Really dont care since the decos are awfull and never bought diamonds and never will.

I very rarely post on forum but what about those of us who purchased the expensive chest of diamonds the day before the offer. We lose out or does SC expect us to buy more purely to get the decorations. I for one am not impressed to say the least. Come on SC play fair !

Same thing as with a TLO's (diamond special offers) - if you buy one now for full price and tomorrow you get the offer, not much we can do.

As the initial shock of all this birthday fiasco wears off, i do want to say one more thing:

For a lot of us who read/post this forum, HD is not just a game. It's the place we come after a long day to chat and relax. We meet new ppl and have tons of fun and whitty chat. It's the place we have choosen to spend our time and our actual money. SC has created a wonderful addition to our lives and a type of second family.

Nick, i have to commend you on replying to all of our concerns, even though we may not like ur answers. There are many support teams out there that will simply ignore their customers and wouldn't even bother to respond. I'm gonna take the fact that you did respond as one that SC is actually listening and will take all these concerns into consideration when developing future updates/additions.

Please don't make this mistake a second time. I think we can all forgive this one as just an "oopsie" on trying out new ideas, but to go through it again could be disasterous, and i really don't want to lose this game.

My 5 cents worth is to say... Just coloured pixels, people. Either buy them or not, but let's not go into meltdown over it. If you can afford it and want it, great. If you can't afford it and want it, well you have other more important priorities than pixels in life and no reason for thinking you should have got this lot of pixels in particular free. And if like me you aren't much into decor, well...

Everything in this game are pixels. This forum is here because of those pixels. Every thread in this forum is talking about pixels. Those pixels costs money. SC is making billions off pixels. Let's not trivialize people's concerns just because they're pixels.

The company's questionable business practices and policy is in question here. It's more than just pixels.

Regarding the recent changes/birthday decorations, as Nick said it won't be to everyone's taste, but maybe in time you can grow to adapt to new changes.

What we will do in the future, in regards to special diamond packages, is still unknown. If we will bring out more, we know what to do, and what not to do. This was our first one, and we have learned a lot. :)
