Brand New G Pad Pro, Game crashes here and there, Can't type to clan

The title pretty much sums it all up, I just bought this LG tablet G pad 4.0 specifically for running boom beach and clash of clans only.

It seems once in a awhile I will get a crash to home screen, I seem to suspect the chat feature to be the culprit but not sure, which brings me to my next issue. I can't type anything to my clan i tap on the chat button and the dialogue box pops up but it wont show the keyboard.

This same exact thing happens on boom beach as well minus the crashing.

Things I've tried:

1.Updated all apps including verifying current os is up to date
2.Restarted Device
3.Reinstalled clash and boom beach
4.Tried installing a keyboard app (failure)
5.Memory is not even close to being full use.

Just wanted to say I did read the troubleshooting sticky already for android...

The only apps i run on it is boom and clash that's it! quite a frustrating issue considering I just paid form this brand new tablet :( Anyway your help is greatly appreciated! Thank you

Bumping is not allowed.

Which version of CoC are you running? If anything other than v8.332.14 then upgrade to that.

Have you tried turning off all the extra features on your keyboard (auto-correction, word suggestion, extra languages, etc, etc?

As I stated above everything is up to date, you more or less repeated what I said in my post :(

Yea I completely disabled all the features on the keyboard itself, even tried google keyboard to no avail

Also heard rumors that removing the sim card cures the issues, that does not work either unfortunetly.

Your reading of the rules is flawed if you think that it says bumping is allowed. It isn't. I suggest that it is you who needs to "go back and look at that bud haha".

WRT your keyboard problem, all I can suggest is that you report it to Support.

I know this is an old thread but I also have an LG tablet that the chat feature basically doesn't work and the game crashes a lot. I have been able to play around all this, barely. But not having the chat feature is a real issue.

Is there any SC solution?

My issues are the same as above. The device is ONLY used for CoC. There are no other apps on the device, except whatever came with it new and plenty of memory etc.

I've done all I can.....

Ideas?

Have you tried changing keyboards? If that doesn't work you should consider contacting the maker of your device. Perhaps they have a solution?

I have the same problem for a long time i solved it by rapidly punching the chat button 30 to 60 times to make keyboard pop up but sence the battle ram event i cant open chat even if i do that
