Yes!! lol. I really thought there'd be a rectification by now. I haven't even done a single truck order yet, since I wasn't sure if they would cancel this event and start fresh...? I didn't want to "waste" products! lol. Regardless, surely someone at Supercell checks the forums and Facebook AND plays Hay Day to notice something's wrong with the event?! :confused:

Edit/update: I have proceeded to do 4 truck orders simply to qualify for the global event prize...got 1 stone block. lol. Probably stopping there unless I'm bored enough and/or need barn space. Haha. If they fix this potential glitch, I may feel differently and "go hard", as they say!

The game told us to reach the global goal together and we'll be rewarded with an "exclusive birthday decoration" so I'm still trucking because Team Hay Day (THD) has 2 days to salvage event by changing 5 diamonds to something aMOOzing.

Since it was Midsummer's Eve just a few hours ago, THD must've cut loose and partied hard throughout the night. But fortunately for us, they have 48 hours to recover from their hangovers and will be alert on Monday morning to mitigate the current global event.

Until then, I'm trucking on while THD is sleeping and recovering from their partying. Zum Wohl! :)

i read a post somewhere (can't remember what thread is was now tho) that SmallChange had asked Nick about the bday event and the probs with the filters not taking out the new products. just so we didn't have any probs with products we can't produce yet in the event. Nick responded that the new products would not interfere with the event at all leading me to think that the event either had to be fishing or a product drop. i'm guessing that this whole truck event is a mistake from last year, like many have said already.

Looks like you need more information regarding the new Truck order global event. Good News!! Hay Day is celebrating its 4th Birthday and to celebrate this, we have arranged an event. Once you have completed enough truck orders to join the global event threshold (blue icon on your personal event board), and the global event goal is reached, the mayor will send Alfred to your farm with a yummy and delicious cake for all the players who participated in the global event…


Now coming to your question, you may know the last event was a global event for which the players got 5 diamonds. The page which is showing 'Mayor Holding 5 diamonds' is from the previous event. Looks like Mayor doesn't want to leave those sparkling diamonds:) Jokes apart, let me forward your report to the team, so that they can investigate and make sure that everything is ok in the game.
