Bad wall levels along with 3 builders, and one is free suggests you are a bad farmer. Too little builders. Under levelled air defence. Bad mortar and wizard tower placement.
Underleveled walls

Exposed and Underleveled ADs
Vulnerable Dark elixir sstorage but nice centralised CC
