I think the reward is upgrade to your NH house area, but I dint know exactly what the changes are.

It looks like the birdhouse/mailbox gets fancied up, the patio tile changes, and the gate gets upgraded with these achievements. Fairly subtle changes overall.
Magnifying glass required to see changes in the NH area. Looked like a 'handle' on the Birdhouse...please update to what the 450 reward is showing in the White House now :D:facepalm:

after donating the first 60 items, go to the white house and collect your award (last one in the list) and the birdhouse gets a flat top and a bird perch. I was hoping for a bit more... maybe like a 'bird castle' ;-)

I didn't even realize there were awards till I was notified about achievement. I like contributing to the neighborhood...upgrades are nice but not important.
This is what it looks like. Not much difference just the oval instead of the square layout.

It should be a XP & Diamonds reward like everything else, and put some decorations in the shop that can we purchase for the area ourselves.
What if you like the old design more than the new one? It's going to actually discourage players to donate.
Don't know what SuperCell were thinking here, it's really lame.

The only "achievement" I care about is maxing out my barn. Once that's done, I'll attempt TT3. Then I'll do the lobster and duck achievement if I'm coin rich enough. NH trading achievement is way down on the bottom of that list. Priority level: low - neither important, nor urgent
