Our minis have formed an agreement and has made a clan accepting Filipino members of all levels. Introducing MiniEmpire.PH (clan tag #GGU2R2LL)

- If you have a mini you can stay it here, just no hopping
- we are a relaxed clan, no pressure to 3 star, although highly recommended, but just use both attacks and don't use farming attacks
