Crimson Fields #GG0J2GJP Recruiting TH 9 & 10s
Hello world! Looking to recruit a solid base of TH 9s and 10s. We will accept a small amount of TH 8s & 11s if they are strong defensively and offensively. We are a new clan, but the leadership has been around for years. Currently, we have a large number of TH 8s, some TH 9s and 11s. The website is below these paragraphs for some more info on what we are about.
To briefly give some info though, please find our clan #GG0J2GJP. Strong 9s/10s who will help build the clan and grow may get Co-lead if desired and it helps the clan.
We are looking for mature/chill people who are active, donate, can follow simple guidance as necessary, will do both and like to do war attacks, and develop/grow their bases and skills.
Upon joining, please understand, we are new and there will be some things to iron out in the beginning, largely, getting a solid core of active/good players. We'd like to foster a team environment, so definitely encourage utilizing the challenges, providing feedback, and giving/accepting constructive criticism without the huge ego trip or power trip.

Here's our guidance/rules which is on the website/forum in case you are interested in reading more!
What would a clan be without rules!? Anarchy! Well, at least probably a failing clan. There should be some general guidance or standards set so people understand the expectations of the clan leadership and each other. Below are these.
WAR - this is what we do, daily, if you don't like to war often, this is not the clan for you. So, that is why war is first.
1. Tempo: You don't have to war everyday, we know people have lives, but IF you opt in, you must do both attacks. If you do not, and you provide adequate reasoning for missing, you'll get a pass. If you continue to opt in and do not do both attacks. You will have to leave.
2. Level to Attack: Attack at your level, if you attack too high, and are warned and continue to attack too high, you will have to leave.
3. Stars: Every base you attack should be for 3 stars. Continue to improve your techniques until you can if you cannot at first. The exception for this is at the TH 11 and strong TH 10s. However, TH 10s should be able to 3 star a 9, a TH 11 should be able to 3 star a low to medium 10, depending on their troop combinations and various factors with bases. TH 11 should strive to be able to 3 star a strong 10.
4. When to attack: there are basically 3 tiers, low, middle and high. Low being TH 8s and below, middle being TH 9s and low 10s, and high being the stronger 10s and 11s. Within the first 12 hours of war, ideally, all of the lower both attacks are completed. Within the first 12 hours, at least one of the mid tier attacks have been completed. This will allow for the higher tier to adjust/clear as possible near the end.
5. When do wars start: they will start between 5 - 10PM EST. if we miss the window one day, we will wait till the next day the window is open. This allows us greater chance to get an even match up.
6. Have fun, be open to feedback receiving and giving. Constantly improve your defense/offense. If your base is continually 3 starred, change it. Learn from each other's bases, learn from our opponents. Hell, use YouTube, Google, CoC sites, etc... This is not the clan to be stagnant.
7. New recruits: new recruits will have to sit out one war, unless they are needed to make the first war, or they prove they are a just so awesome we must have them now. This will give us time to get to know them and also, throw up some challenges to see where they are and provide any necessary feedback.
GENERAL GUIDANCE - environment, leadership roles, donations, etc
1. Environment: This will be and is a mature/respectful clan. Obscenity, racism, verbal assaults, etc, will not be tolerated and is the one way ticket to the boot town. Treat each other like you would want to be treated. Joking around is fine and encouraged, but keep it clean.
2. Leadership Roles: to this day, don't understand why people are so hell bent on being co lead or elder. But they are... If you want it, you need to earn it and keep earning it. Our starting guidance will be 500 per season for elders, and if you want co - at least 1500 per season for 2 seasons in donations. Additionally, it will be subject to review of the current leadership. You also need to be able to 3 star your current level or 2 star for the 10s/11s as described above.
3. Donations: Do what you can. If you are asking for a lot of troops, there should be some level of reciprocation. Ideally, everyone would be able to give a few hundred per season. Though, We won't hold anyone to it but the elder and co requirement. Just realize, it looks bad on you if you have received a few hundred or thousand troops and haven't donated much or at all. And at some point, you may be called out for it. As you are clearly not fostering a team environment.
4. New recruits: they will donate at least 20 before requesting. If they do not and request, kindly remind them. If they request again and have not donated, they will get the boot.
