Just like in royale I believe we should be able to see who is online, for instance if we open up our clan maybe there should be a "online" checkbox which is checked if that person is online and not checked if they're offline. Just a little feature because sometimes it's tiring seeing people say "who's online?" In chat, thanks!

Yes it is a nice concept. Please add this up as we can see who is online in our clan and we can chat with them. This would also be helpful for requesting troops.

can someone explain why or how this is a violation of privacy? I don't care if it is implemented, I just don't understand the statement. After all, we know someone is on-line when they comment or donate troops. During war, we can watch them attack in real time. It is not like we nevrer know. What if it was an option that a user could set to allow on-line status to show?Just curious.
If you ask "whos online" or any other question to which they reply to, they are making the effort to allow you to know they are online. If someone wants to log in, loot and log off, they may not want to or have time to have a conversation with you or donate troops. If you have an icon that shows when you are on and off, the user no longer can play in private because the system, not the user, announces they are online. Not to mention I bet this takes up systems resources keeping track of millions of users who are online or off. Useless feature.Quote:

I think this is a great idea. But I don't necessarily think the feature should state specifically who is online. I think it should just say how many people are online like in Clash Royale. In Clash Royale, in the top right corner of the clan chat, it states how many people are online (Online: 10/46). It would be helpful to have some sort of feature like that in Clash of Clans so people don't have to ask if anyone is online.

clash royale has it, this should be an easy implementation as well. Even if it was ruled out, we have seen changes that have proven contrary.

i say no to this. leaders and co-leaders will use this feature to kick clan members who they frequently see online but seldom or never donate.
