Calling all Clanless Clashers - Help me Make a Professional Clan
Hey Chiefs , I'm Crystal , The Leader of the Clan Zitanium. For me Finding a Professional Clan is much harder today, Some think only Clan which has Members with Glittering high League Badges is the Best , But those Clans won't recruit Low Townhall/Trophies Clashes. Some clans offer Free Elder / Co-Leader which is a Total Mess, Someone would start a Trash War & Sending Spam Mails.
So I've took an attempt to make my Clan , A Clan where Everyone gets Treated Equally we don't care about Trophies / Townhall Level , We do Help our Clan Mates to come up but we don't promote unless you help. Now in my clan I have nearly 25 active Members .
Recruiting through Global is one of a Huge mess , When Recruiting someone joins and Talks Prohibited words in Clan chat which has Profanity Filter disabled by Default, I've got people like that about 5 times and I'm scared of Recruiting in Global . I've tried to make a Clan thread but that didn't help me , my Clan thread gets buried in an hour . We are a Fairplay Clan and We do War , Now we have a Win Steak of 5 and We don't force Anybody to join the War , But we Won't add if they make very bad attacks because it affects all war participants .
I give Promotions on the following Basis :
1.Elder- Wait Till "New" Tag Gets Erased and reach 1,500Donations or Attack your Mirror & A Number up or below and get 6☆ in Single War
2.Co-Leader- Wait few months , Teach lower Townhalls new Strategy , Encourage others , Be Friendly and Active in Chat ,No Profanity , Earn the Trust of the Leaders .
I need Some Clashers who are Respectful (No Prohibited words) , being Friendly and Yes, being Funny in a Friendly Manner and Loyal to the Clan. Join my Clan if
1. You want to Make the Clan grow and be a Professional Clan without Free Elder / Co-Leader ,Donate Each other & Make the Clan a Park
2. If you need help & Not looking for a Free promotions & willing to war .
