I got some conclusion
feel free to analyze or comment
Standard currency = BEM
Bem - Sem =1:2-3
Bem - Lem(+map) = 1: 6-10
Bem - Tem = 1:4-8
Bem - Axe/saws = 1:4-10
Bem - mining tools = 1:3-6
so you can know you average trade is very good/average/bad

As has been explained to you MANY TIMES, what constitutes a good ratio is in the minds of the PLAYERS THEMSELVES.
There are no set trading ratios, and no ratio is "good" or "bad" -- it's just numbers.
1:1 2:3 10:1 -- matters not at all because the TRADERS decide what's fair, and that decision will vary widely between players and situations.

I haven't seen that -- the vast majority of traders (new traders especially) closely look at the trading thread to get an idea of trades that were made successfully in the last, and make their offers accordingly.
its okay to like numbers. It's okay to track trends. But as I have said, trades are as varied as traders. It's not about the ratios and more about finding win-win situations.
Numbers are black and white. Win-wins in different situations are very grey.
I get why you might like to reduce trading to easy-to-understand numbers, but the reality of trading is that it is a complex interaction between players that does not lend itself to rigid black-and-white pronouncements and forum-set ratios.
It changes. All the time.
People can work out what is or isn't a 'good deal' for themselves, it's part of the game & varies from one player to another, from one day to the next.
You are really obsessed with the trading forum - you might enjoy some of the pure trading games a lot more than trying to find a single correct way for everyone to play HD.
Yes -- because there is no single "correct" way to play Hay Day, trying to impose black and white rules on a deeply personal varied game is not going to work. Each player's game is necessarily different because each PERSON playing HD is different, with different goals, desires, likes, dislikes, skills, etc.Quote:

If the update includes a new Town building you will see TEM to BEM/SEM ratios change dramatically When Town was first introduced the ratio was 1 TEM for 4+ BEM and it was being accepted. If it turns out that new land is released after all TEM will jump in demand. or if they make a new container like the tackle box it'll change the demand for whatever expands it. the trend I'm noticing currently is everyone who used to be in search of planks apparently filled their need and now the search is on for the tape farms. but that'll change in a few months too.
but yes I agree with Perky new traders tend to do the same as you they scan the trade thread and decide they want to jump into the trading waters. the first 20-30 trades they tend to contact the ones that post and accept their deal. afterwards they eventually notice no one is posting the deal they want most. and so they, using the tried and true methods of the past 50 or so traders post their trade request. and if it's fair they get a bite. if it's greedy they may still get a bite. if it's too greedy they won't or they'll get a posted reply along the lines of good luck getting someone to accept that trade.
At least that was always my experience. Can't see it changing much lately.

The rates posted by Alvin is opinion only; they are absolutely not fixed. You can trade at whatever terms you want. As long as you aim for a fair trade on both sides you will do just fine.
