Banned IP address

I'm using my iPad and this had happened once before but it got fixed in just a couple of days but this time it's been almost a month and I'm still banned thank god for my vpn how can i fix this???

I also have the same problem. But on android. We have similar IP in Philippines and I did nothing but to play the game.

My IP is also banned I cannot login using my internet. Bu can login on other internet.
