Trying to restock my soon to be level 8 clan.

I'm colead of my clan we are level 7 1 war from level 8. I'm looking for TH7 and up. The reason I am restocking people is cause we had a few people leave because they were too immature, and a few were kicked because they were super disrespectful and others stopped playing. We are serious about war but not overly and aggressively serious. Steady donations, 3 star strategies, friendly banter.
