Better League Bonus to help me stop spinning my wheels

A small suggestion I will make is that with the advent of the reduction in the shield by attacks, we also have a huge need for the ability to either earn enough resources to make battles worth the attacks or a reduction enough to give the ability to make ground.
So for instance ever since I've gotten into the masters league or the upper crystal league which was a natural result of getting one to two stars an attack, I have not been able to keep more than 1.5 million elixir or gold, much less 50k dark elixir, and to get just enough for am upgrade requires filling the star bonus on maximum and then getting as many attacks in before I get attacked as possible and hoping that I get just enough to make the upgrade.
A full days of attacks will unfortunately leave me with just enough to break even or worse be behind. So I don't think I'm the only one with this issue, and thus I propose a game rebalance to help those that are in the limbo state between the higher level th8 where you can successfully ward off attacks if you are low enough in league levels and having a strong enough defense and attack to take advantage of the higher amount of resources that you can get with a stronger base.
One way I propose the balance to come from is by extending the cap of how much can be farmed from storages on a larger scale, from th1 to th11, thus lessening how much can be taken out at th9, being as the amount it caps at makes it near impossible to get above certain amount.
Another way that I propose to rebalance the game is by increasing the elixir received from league bonuses. The amount of elixir to win at these higher league is very expensive and now since abandoned bases are much less common, there is little to no actual elixir available to make up for the cost of armies. Also the amount of dark elixir in league bonuses will help significantly, because obviously those are most targeted, and while they might not get 100% of your gold or elixir, rest assured that they will get your dark elixir in an attack. Gold is not worth the same as elixir because it costs a lot more elixir to make gold or elixir and the same for dark elixir. While there are a lot of upgrades for gold, treating them equal doesn't make sense as far the league bonuses go...it's just less complicated.
Also I would propose lessening the amount of time taken off your shield from an attack, while it was a great idea to implement, I fear that you have gone too far in how much time an attack takes off of your shield, and I feel that many clash of clanners will feel a bit of relief if you can give us that break.
