Drop minimum clan wars to 5 on 5 instead of 10 on 10 to start...

Would be nice since a lot of players dont have 10 friends to start a war..

5 on 5 would bring back a lot of broken and dead clans..

5 on 5 rules would be one attack per player instead of the normal two...
