Clan Storage/bank

Create a Clan storage/bank. Example 50,000,000 storage limit for Gold & Elixir and 1,000,000 for DE.

Clan members can contribute (any contributions give them small amounts of xp)

Clan Wars funding of storage/bank. In addition to what clan members receive 10% of total loot for successful war attacks goes into clan storage/bank.

But with a limit that each enemy war base only counts 1 time for can storage/bank loot. (If attacked and starred 3 time only the 1st loot goes into clan storage/bank.

Clan leaders can distribute from clan storage/bank to members for upgrades.
