Lvl 3 Freeze Spell at TH9

When they gave to TH9 lv1 freeze spell I thought it was strange... They want TH9 be able to fight low TH10 with infernos, but lvl1 freeze is terrible since it last just 5 seconds. Now that TH10 have a new sweet elixer spell for me it's time to give th9 lvl2 and lvl3 freeze spell.

Not only that: this is something you can spend elixer on instead of wasting it untill th10.
With this change, when you hit th10 you're ready for battle and you can focus on camps and other troops that require 6to8millions elixer to upgrade.

What do you guys think?

Speaking as a th9 I don't see the reason th9s should get 2 new spells.

As they have given us the freeze spell I'm fine with it being a neutered version of it. As it is th9s can 2 star just about any th10 base if the plan and execution is good.

I don't know... Bringing a lvl1 spell instead of a lvl5 seems to be a risky move if you ask me. Also there's a LOT of thing to lvl up at th10, so that would helps early th10 to get those new troops faster.
