I don't expect any more land in the near future. We got a huge land expansion a year ago. My farm and town are "fully developed" and if a new feature or machine were added, I would have to rearrange things to make room. I might have to reduce the size of my sculpture garden, zen garden, picnic area, horse paddock, or town square. However, if the choice were between more land and new features, I would prefer new features. Last year when we got the land expansion, there was short-term excitement for those of us at higher levels as we expanded our farmland. Then it was back to business as usual with nothing to add interest to the day-to-day activity on the farm.
It seems like they could easily open up the land above the mine for us....

Maybe be if they didn't allow view and opening of the land at a certain level I could see that working for the very high levels over 100. By view I mean it would just look like land without the borders.
Jmo of course but often higher levels forget about new farms and lower levels.
I don't think more land expansion is needed on the farm. I would like the town to expand a little towards the back where the cliff is, a little. But it's not totally necessary.
I'm still working on the land expansion that we got last year! Since I can't buy diamonds like I used to, I had to limit my diamond buying. 😥
I don't think they are interested in doing anything new for us.
