Looking to Become a Semi-Feeder Clan
I'm looking to make our clan some kind of feeder clan for a serious war clan.
Our clan is MYST (#2JQJ2VUC). We're a level 10 clan with 229 wins and 132 losses. The clan is about two and a half years old and we absolutely sucked when we first started, so we built up a lot of losses. Our recent war log shows 38-12 and that's been the norm for about 6 months now. I became leader about two years ago after my brother handed over the reins.
We are a casual clan that has worked out a winning formula for beating most other casual clans in wars. We typically only lose against serious clans who are actually good, or when we have an outright horrible matchup.
I feel like our type of clan is rare. We win at war, but we're casual, nice and mature. We don't tolerate drama, we typically only let adults in, and we log in primarily to make our war attacks. That said, it's almost impossible for us to recruit. There aren't a lot of people who want to join our kind of clan.
I'm looking to make our clan some kind of feeder clan for a serious war clan. We'd have to work out specifics, but my general idea is that the serious clan would test out recruits in our clan for a few wars to see how they do. After a few wars the serious clan could decide if they want the recruit to join their clan. If not, the recruit would either stay with us or get the boot, depending on what I want to do.
My goal here is to make our wars bigger. If none of the recruits end up staying with us I'd be fine with that. I like the people in my clan and I don't need the core of the clan to grow. I just want to do some bigger wars and develop a working relationship with a serious clan.
