So I've read in several places that the little people are suppose to buy what you have the most of in the barn/silo (most of the time anyways). But I've had a lot that ask for ice cream and I don't even have an ice cream machine yet. So how does that work exactly?
And also, has anyone calculated which of the little people pays the most money per unit? I think the little girl offers the least but I'm not too sure.
Any help would be appreciated. :o
they will either ask for things that you have the most of, or those that you don't have any. so in order to fend them off, i've started to keep 1 of each item so they won't ever ask for them.
i've not made a calculation but i think they all pay somewhere between min & max price so there isn't a need to calculate which one pays more lol.
They also have a tendency to ask for what you have zero of. Just keep 1 of everything is usually what people say.
I see. Thanks for the answer. But sometimes it's hard to keep the rest of the crops down when I'm wheating b/c then I suddenly need to make animal feed or something. Need to find a good ratio of items to keep in the silo/barn...
I've noticed that they seem to pay the same price each time. They're constantly asking for my axes and saws and everyone seems to want to pay the same price. *shrug* maybe it's just me...
Sorry to double post (not sure if it's against forum rules), but I think it's ironic an event about the little people just popped up. Glad I didn't sell those pumpkins yet!
what do you mean by "keep the rest of the crops down"? i think there isn't a hard and fast rule about keeping a good ratio of items. it all depends on your playing style i guess? anyway, with regards to the little people, i sell them carrots, wheat, corn and eggs because those are the most abundant on the DD and people hardly wanna buy them unless you price them real cheap. and if you have to price them real cheap then might as well just sell to the little people, at least they're paying decent.Quote:

Confirming with my past experience, they will ask for things you have none of, or one of the two items or crops you have the most of (excluding expansion items).
Unfortunately, they WILL ask for axes and saws, so hoarding lots of those will mean they will ask for them constantly.
If you have just one of everything you can produce, they won't ask for those things ever, so for the event it would be wise to grab at least one of any item your level would allow you to produce. Then they will only ask for the things you have a lot of!
