Reserve Army inside Townhall

What about reserve army inside Townhall?
Clashers can reserve troops inside townhall from army camps. This troops are used to donate or exchange from army camps with other troops. In Townhall reserve army space should be 60 or 120. Neither this troops are used to attack nor defense.
