Customization of the troop/spell/hero bar for attacking

This stems from the frustration of having to scroll during attacks when bringing large/complex war army composition. Especially when doing multi part attack strategies that require timed actions. Troops are often forgotten or abilities/spells missed or timed incorrectly because they are off screen. Also why does my iPad with a huge screen show less on the current bar then my small screened iphone?
I propose that SC implement a way to customize your troop/spell and hero bar before an attack. You should be able to both order everything how you want it and change the size of the images to the size you would like for that specific attack.
This way people could keep it as is if they don't like the change or mess with it and set it to what fits them.
Personally if I had total customization I would put my heroes on the right or left side and then have troops at the bottom left and spells in the bottom right with a small gap between and I would always adjust the size of my images so that all of them would be in view during the whole raid.
