Capping CC Troop Levels for Lower TH

With all the new updates within the last year or so, I hope Supercell is treading carefully by not ruining the lower town halls. I understand that they need to make TH11 and TH10 more competetive, but at the same time they can be potentially ruining TH9-TH6 with the addition of lvl 4 hounds, lvl 7 balloons, and the new dark spell. Please remember to keep the game fully balanced. No Town Hall should ever run through its same opposing Town Hall like a hot knife thru butter, unless of course one is maxed and the other is a baby. TH7 has always been flawed by dragons, I know the extra AD was added to help but it's still not enough. Maybe add another black balloon for th7's, I don't know. Please don't hand out 3 stars at the TH8 and 9 levels as well.

I suggest TH8's and down should not be able to receive lvl 7 balloons in the CC.
I also suggest that TH9's should not be able to receive lvl 4 lava hounds in the CC.
The new dark spell as well should only be allowed to be given at TH9 or 10 as well.

This would nullify clan perks and would remove the advantage of being in a good clan with good troops. Like everything in the game, you can adapt or accept. If you want your lower townhall players to get better troops, recruit a higher townhall player or gain clan perks.

Why? At perk level 10, players are able to donate troops and have them gain 2 levels. Why should that be capped?

I'm not a noob, I have 4 accounts (1 Th10, two TH9's and a TH*) and run a lvl 8 clan with 146 wins, 14 losses. Not everybody has dumped or will ever dump money into the game like me. We have th8's and 7's in our clan. You wanna hand out 3 stars? Everybody gets a trophy? Gimme a break

Ok. I really have no idea why you responded this way. No one called you a noob or said anything about everyone getting a trophy. You seem to be fighting some battle that's taking place outside the forums. If you can't debate your own idea without flying off the handle, there's really no point continuing. Good luck.

I'm saying that because my idea is for the good of the game. The troops are becoming too powerful for lower Town Halls. You don't just SHUN the lower town halls with the time people invest in this game. Not every clan is a commercial, All TH11or 10 clan. The game needs to stay balanced. And it troubles me that Supercell doesn't seem to think of certain things, like they needed to be reminded that the friendly challenges can ruin wars.

The game does not become unbalanced because a lower th level has the means to have higher level troops in their cc, the entire notion is ridiculous.
