Simplified "request troops"

Hi.

I'd like the troop request popup to be easier to use so requesters give more details and keep their requests up to date, and donors know when to be generous and when to just throw anything at the request.

Currently the troops requests in pretty much all clans have been in are rather bad:
- it's a pain to type them, so people type once keep using the same
- they're short on details, not even stating what the troops are for (farming, war, defense...)
- some even requests troops their CC is too small for.

Proposed solution:
- a simpler dialog that does not require typing (but does allow it)
- in 3 parts
1- what for ? (farming, war, defense: 3 buttons)
2- what troops ? clickable buttons of all troops the player can host in his CC, and clan members can give him (no Hound if everyone is TH8 or less, etc...)
3- free-form text for comments and clarifications
- that memorizes the previous request and presents it by default the next time

That should get us "true" requests: accurate, detailed, and speedy to generate.
