Prep Time Enhancement
Now that enemy war bases are not visible during Prep day, I would like to propose some enhancements.
We all know that other than scouting bases, Prep day is primarily a time when clan mates can donate cc troops and decide who attacks what target and any other general strategy such as finalizing their war base choice or waiting upgrades to finish.
23 hours is excessive, with the possible exception of war cc donations.
So here is what I propose:
1. Make war cc donations more flexible
Modify the cc request pop up to allow war cc donations anytime, not just on Prep day. Let any clanmate donate to the war cc.
2. Reduce Prep Time to 11 hours
I chose 11 hours because allowing 1 hour for war search, this would roughly rotate the war start time across 2 12 hour shifts if a clan chooses to war b2b.
A clan that likes the 1 day break between battle days has the luxury of delaying the start of their war search a further 13 hours or for as long as they choose.
A clan that wants to get clan perks faster or whose members want more wars, could war b2b roughly every 36 hours instead of every 48 hours. That means the option of having 33% more wars!
3. Sneak Peek (this suggestion is independent of 1 and 2)
To add a little sizzle and extra usefulness to Prep Time, allow enemy bases to be visible in the final hour of Prep Time, so those clans that like planning targets before war or starting to cook troops early can do so. Of course, an enemy can still choose to change their war base at the last minute. This extra hour can be very useful for clans that ask lower war ranks to war early and/or have a large, complex war roster or strategy.
I know Friendly Challenges have a 24 hour cool down period. I can't see a war clan waiting until the final hour to do a test attack on a base they only first saw 24 hours earlier, keeping in mind that they still need
1) someone to build an enemy base in that single hour before Battle Day starts without knowing tesla/trap/bomb locations and then have someone in war lock in a Friendly Challenge on it specifically, AND
2) in the few minutes of war still available after the 24 hour cool down is over create an army AND conduct test attack(s) AND
3) digest the test attack learning AND cook into a war army AND execute that attack before war ends.
