I think that some of the userbase wants CoC to go the esports route. I also think its pretty clear that SC has zero interest in esports. They haven't added anything that would push the game in that direction.

Not sure I totally agree with your exact numbers, but I would love to see a fast paced war where you had less than an hour for scout and could do quick wars like you're talking though.

not really sure about that. A lot of people viewed clash con as their kind of way to rift the ESport idea out there.

I certainly dont know what SC has in mind for the future. But right now they put more focus (in general) on pushing ahead of war which is obviously not the esport route. And they have yet to make any sort of faster paced wars that would be necessary. That imo shows they aren't working in that direction at the moment.

Possibly in the future with ideas similar to yours.

I dint need a clan until I was th5. I don't think I joined one until I was th6. Furthermore, it only takes about one week to get to th5. If you can't wait one week for that, then why bother even clashing? Maybe they can even add a required experience level to join a clan, instead of making it a town hall thing? Maybe make it so that you can only join a clan after you stick to the game for 1 week. From the day that account is created, 1 week must pass to join any clan. There are many ways to make it hard for people to cheat. Eventually, cheating will be so tedious that it will be close to 0% in usage.

you can change the format for an esport like they already have at clash con.
There are other events popping up around the globe too. Not to long ago I saw a post on here for one in chicago. So I'm not going to say they don't view that as an opportunity. You don't have to play the game the same way in an esport as you do in normal game play.

Interesting. You're probably far more experienced in esports than I am...but it seems most esports are played very similar if not the exact same as the regular game. If the "esport mode" is the best indication of skill then thats the game I want to play...not some crummy cup pushing / 48 hour war version of it.

unless your going to make it so it takes months to build an account before you go into war your not going to stop them. They will just pump build or use daily bonus on accounts to lvl 5 or 6 or whatever and go threw them with virtually no effort.
