Cherry Pie

Chocolate dipped cherries and strawberries... Yum!

How about Clafoutis - that scrumptious French cherry and custard tart? Cherries, eggs, cream and white sugar. Yum.

I think a cherry pie would be "classic". A tart would be lovely, or "Kirschtorte". How about chocolate covered cherries? A "Shirley Temple" if we ever got a place to offer fizzy beverages (and we'd need a spring for fizzy water!). Icecream sundae with a cherry on top.

Eggs are ingredients in pies, and cakes, etc. You don't even taste the égg, though. Other than that I don't like eggs.

I have NEVER seen an egg used IN a pie crust -- too much moisture and wrong kind of binder. But then, I have never made a scarf with strawberries.

Ah, Perky, the strawberries in the scarf are obviously a worry for you, but think about it ... have you ever tried to get strawberry juice out of a white jumper? Those strawberries make a tenacious dye.
